How do I reset my inbound and oubound list on Windows Firewall?

How do I reset the inbound and outbound rules in Windows Firewall? It
changed the list after installing a program called "Tinywall". Before it
lists programs like mozilla firefox, chrome, etc., now it only shows
"system" in the inbound and outbound list.
